Welcome to IThrive Support for Young People
Bolton Together’s iThrive initiative offers specialised resources and support for parents, professionals, and young people, aiming to promote mental health and wellbeing within the community.
How We Can Help You
If you’re a young person and things don’t feel quite right, you’re not alone. IThrive Support is here to help you understand what support is available and how to access it – at your pace, in your way.
✔ Explaining what support is available for your mental health and wellbeing
✔ Helping you understand services like CAMHS and what to expect
✔ Talking through how referrals work and what happens next
✔ Helping you prepare for appointments so you feel more confident
✔ Finding other support that might suit you better
✔ Being someone who can guide you through the process step-by-step
✖ We’re not a medical or diagnostic service
✖ We don’t carry out assessments for autism, ADHD, or mental health conditions
✖ We can’t make decisions about your care or treatment
Reaching out or even just looking for information is a really important first step.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just unsure what to do next, we’re here to help you figure it out.
You don’t have to have all the answers.
We’ll help you take the next step.
