We’re pleased to share that the IThrive Hub has been successful in securing funding through Bolton CVS’s Partnership Grant. This funding will support a new project focused on helping children and young people manage the significant transition from primary to secondary school. The project will be co-delivered with our partners at Breaking Barriers and Urban Outreach, bringing together a blend of expertise and trusted relationships to ensure young people feel supported during this crucial time in their development.
