“As members of Bolton Together, we feel embedded within The Bolton Family. We feel that we’re able to support young people to contribute to decisions that affect them. As a member, we’ve been able to influence commissioning, share our learning and meet other members. Bolton Together takes our needs into consideration and helps us make the case for statutory services to engage with young people in a collaborative way.”

“Home-Start HOST has been working in Bolton since early 2020 and we became members of Bolton Together straight away. It’s been a great way to meet other VCSE providers and to think about working together as a sector for the benefit of Bolton communities. It is clear that Bolton Together has the support and backing of our public services and through this relationship there is confidence in the sector and in our potential to do more across the borough. As a provider, it also helps that Bolton Together develops good relationships with potential commissioners on our behalf so that we can focus on our job of supporting families”

”Increased awareness of funding and being a part of a larger contract delivery is excellent for a smaller charity striving to provide the best possible services for Children and families across Bolton. The benefits include: Increased credibility and security in numbers – strengthening our offer. Co-operation and strength in the VCSE in co- delivery of projects. Access to local funding knowledge, increased time management as Bolton Together represents us at vital meetings. Improved chances to achieve organisational goals. Grown our networking and knowledge. Expertise and leadership commitment sharing knowledge. In summary our collaboration with Bolton Together is and has been a huge benefit to our Charity. Your Leadership helps drive our organisational strategies whilst enabling our small Team to concentrate on delivering quality services for vulnerable children and their families.
