Welcome to IThrive Support for Parents

Bolton Together’s iThrive initiative offers specialised resources and support for parents, professionals, and young people, aiming to promote mental health and wellbeing within the community.

How We Can Help You

If you’re worried about your child or young person’s emotional wellbeing, you’re not alone.  IThrive Support is here to help you understand what’s available, what steps to take, and how to feel more confident supporting them.

✔ Understanding emotional wellbeing and mental health support available in Bolton
✔ Explaining how services like CAMHS work and what to expect
✔ Guidance on referrals and how to access the right support
✔ Helping you prepare for appointments and conversations
✔ Identifying alternative or additional support options
✔ Ongoing guidance so you feel supported every step of the way

✖ We are not a clinical or diagnostic service
✖ We do not carry out autism, ADHD, or mental health assessments
✖ We cannot make clinical decisions or act on behalf of services like CAMHS

It can feel overwhelming trying to find the right help, especially when you just want the best for your child.

Whether you’re at the very beginning of your journey or already accessing support, we’re here to guide you.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own; we’ll help you take the next step with confidence.
