How IThrive Support Can Help

Bolton Together’s iThrive initiative offers specialised resources and support for parents, professionals, and young people, aiming to promote mental health and wellbeing within the community. We are here to guide you through the emotional wellbeing and mental health journey.

Finding the Right Support for You

IThrive Support is designed to help different people in different ways.

Choose the area that best fits your situation to access tailored guidance.

  • Parents & Carers – support for helping your child
  • Young People – advice and guidance just for you
  • Professionals – resources to support the young people you work with
  • Neurodiversity – resources to support the neurodiverse community

✔ Understanding the emotional wellbeing and mental health support available in Bolton
✔ Explaining how pathways like CAMHS work and what to expect
✔ Guidance on referrals and accessing the right services
✔ Helping you prepare for appointments or next steps
✔ Signposting to alternative or additional support when needed
✔ Ongoing guidance to help you feel more confident navigating the system

✖ We are not a clinical or diagnostic service
✖ We do not carry out assessments for autism, ADHD, or mental health conditions
✖ We cannot make clinical decisions or act on behalf of services like CAMHS

If you are unsure about the pathway or what stage you are at, our team can talk this through with you and help you understand your options.

You are not expected to navigate this alone.
