Welcome to IThrive Support for Professionals
Bolton Together’s iThrive initiative offers specialised resources and support for parents, professionals, and young people, aiming to promote mental health and wellbeing within the community.
How We Can Support You
Supporting children and young people with their emotional wellbeing can be complex. IThrive Support is here to help you navigate the system, understand available services, and feel confident in guiding those you support.
We work alongside professionals to make pathways clearer and more accessible.
✔ Understanding the emotional wellbeing and mental health support available in Bolton
✔ Clarifying pathways, including how services like CAMHS operate
✔ Guidance on referral processes and thresholds
✔ Supporting preparation for appointments or next steps
✔ Signposting to appropriate or alternative services
✔ Providing ongoing navigation support to help you support families effectively
✖ We are not a clinical or diagnostic service
✖ We do not carry out autism, ADHD, or mental health assessments
✖ We cannot make clinical decisions or act on behalf of statutory services
We recognise the vital role professionals play in supporting children, young people, and families.
Whether you’re seeking guidance on the right pathway or looking for additional support options, we’re here to help you navigate the system with confidence.
Together, we can make it easier for young people to access the support they need.
